Reliable, high-speed internet has become an essential element of 21st-century life. Increased connectivity impacts public health and safety, education, health care and transportation across both rural and metropolitan communities. The Arizona Commerce Authority is working to ensure high-speed internet is available to every household and community anchor institution in Arizona through several grant opportunities. This presentation will provide an overview of ACA broadband funding programs including the nearly $1Billion Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program, Digital Equity, and Arizona Broadband Development Grant (ABDG).
