Union Pochteca is one of four commissaries in Maricopa County that provides a base of operations for mobile food trucks.

Union Pochteca was formed in 2000 under the leadership of Salvador Reza and provides a service to its 35 members (all of whom are Latino) and currently has 60 spaces which are fully occupied.
