Executive Director and Lead Design Architect for Next Generation Learning
Dan has led transformational projects at Higher Education institutions and in the private sector in Australia, UAE, USA and the UK. He was originally a lecturer in Fine Arts and Visual Design where he helped to develop national curriculum in digital arts before working internationally on building new campuses/learning spaces and architecting next-generation curricula.
He currently works as the Lead Design Architect of Next Generation Learning at Arizona State University where he Co-Founded and Co-Leads the Learning Futures Collaboratory. The Collaboratory is a community-driven incubator and accelerator that enables third horizon initiatives at scale. Aimed at making learning more inclusive, learner-centred, exploratory, and immersive, the focus is on projects 3 to 5 yrs in the future and develops minimum viable products that improve learner success
