Izzy Dubin is currently the Vice President of Operations for Frites Street, the leading manufacturer of gourmet frozen French fries and other specialized potato products in the United States. Izzy earned her degree from the University of Arizona, and knew early on that she had a passion for entrepreneurship and wanted to be her own boss.

After gaining valuable experience in enterprise sales for a Fortune 500 company, Izzy took the leap from the corporate world and started their own pop-up vegan concept, Shameless Burger. The business was a hit and quickly gained a large and loyal following, which caught the attention of Frites Street’s CEO, Flip Isard. With Izzy at the helm of operations, Frites Street has grown its top-line earnings and continued to expand their product lines and distribution channels while innovating in the frozen french fry manufacturing space. Today Frites Street is becoming a household name and preferred by award-winning chefs in the world of excellent frozen potato products.
