Kate Finn is a Technical Support Analyst with the IT group at Exact Sciences.  She has worked in the tech space since 2015 and has a passion for solving critical technology and IT infrastructure problems. Some of her notable achievements include building and implementing a comprehensive equipment inventory management process and developing a specialized team to train and coach Technical Support Analysts throughout the company to meet the rapidly evolving demands of a multi-site organization.
