Dr. Avancha has managed directly/indirectly over 600 clinical trials in a wide range of specializations including oncology, endocrinology, neurology and pediatrics. Co-founded and successfully exited ClinSync, a specialty CRO with a presence in 5 countries, to a strategic investor. Led and grew HonorHealth Research Institute's topline by 3x in 4 years and established a health innovation fund for the $3 billion health system. Founding director of Cancer Clinical Research Office at Hartford Healthcare Cancer Institute. Dr. Avancha received his PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of South Florida.
