Monica Perrin is a professional with experience in multiple industries. Recently, she was an Engineering Design Manager for Intel Corporation. In this role, she managed design firms and internal engineering professionals to update current clean room and fab spaces enabling production of semiconductor chips. Previously, she was a Senior Project Manager for Arizona State University’s Capital Programs Management Group managing large projects. She was responsible for the LEED Platinum awarded Biodesign Institute C building. Biodesign C is a 188,000 sq ft $120 million dollar multifunctional research facility. It was awarded ENR Best of the Best 2018 Best Higher Education Research Project and was a finalist for Project of the Year. Monica also managed design and construction of the recently opened $192 million, 258,000 sq ft ISTB7/Rob and Melani Walton Center for Planetary Health building which is a high-performance research facility with additional public spaces. Her expertise also includes utility construction, environmental air quality, bridges, jails, and datacenters. She focuses her research on Project Management with an emphasis on strong teamwork between the owner, contractor and design professionals. Monica graduated with a Master of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University.
