How did you hear about Venture Café Phoenix?
I think through SBDC

Have you had any memorable connections at Venture Café Phoenix? If so, please tell us how you met them, who they are and how they have impacted you and your organization?
The relationships and connections I have met through Venture Cafe have been invaluable to me. I invite people all the time and they are all addicted. The love and support I get from this community means the world to me and nothing stops me from coming back each week.

What inspires you?
Growth. If I do not feel like I am growing, it feels like dying.

Tell us a little more about your current role with your organization and how it has impacted the start-up ecosystem here in the greater Phoenix region.
As CEO/Founder my aim is truly to create innovative solutions to food and housing insecurity. Although we are in the early stages, my aim is to ensure no one ever has to worry about where to live and how they are going to eat. I have a vast amount of knowledge in business and want to share that information with other startups and businesses here in the valley.

Can you discuss your experience at Venture Café Phoenix and any impact the event has had on your organization?
I would not have been as far along as I am if it wasn’t for Veture Cafe. Not only have I found 90% of my resources here, it has grown my social network as I was feeling so isolated over the past few years. Again, this community is priceless and I love promoting the community. I have absolutely nothing negative to say.

Any final thoughs on Venture Café Phoenix?
Anything I can do to help further the efforts and get the message and help grow the community, I am more than willing to do so. I have so much experience in business and scaling. The word needs to get out there. I wish I had this community sooner.

Join the movement of innovators building the center of gravity here in the Valley. Join us every Thursday and meet people like Mandelynn, 5-7 PM, free to attend, free parking, two free drinks.
