After being a stay at home mom and caregiver to my mother-in-law during the final 5 years of her life I decided to embark on a new career. In 2018, I became the CEO of 3P&T Security Recruiting, and in 2021, I stepped into co-ownership and Managing Director at Networked Live. In 2024, I stepped into the Director of Operations role for Caliber Security Partners. I love helping others grow both personally and professionally. My journey from being a stay-at-home mom and caregiver to entering the business world required me to make a massive shift, not just from one field to another but also a mental shift so that I could successfully make the transition. I'm also a speaker and trainer. I help women in their journey to transition from where they are now to where they want to be. Helping women realize that where they are now doesn’t have to be their final destination is a joy to me. Often, the biggest hurdle is believing that you can and taking the actions necessary to accomplish what you want. I'm living proof of this. Many Fortune 500 and Enterprise businesses look at me as the cyber security resourcing leader. My mission is to help everyone, but especially women, maximize what they can control and reach the career aspirations they’ve always dreamed of.
