As a Chicago Illinois native, with a BS degree in Biological Sciences from Northern Illinois University, Don’s career spans over 40-years in the environmental laboratory services, consulting, healthcare manufacturing, and medical diagnostic life sciences communities in Illinois, Texas, and, since 1987, here in Arizona. He has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to go from the lab bench to the C-Suite over his career with many differing roles, responsibilities and experiences in between.  His expertise lies in the development and improvement of the technical, operational, and business development needs of companies and their employees to help improve overall productivity and performance, evaluate relevant market trends, and help identify and establish product placement opportunities. He excels at establishing relevant industry alliances and strategic partnerships to advance mission driven deliverables into the marketplace that have a positive societal impact on peoples’ lives.

In 2023, Don joined the Center for Entrepreneurial Innovation (CEI) as a Sr. Business Development Analyst with their LabForce Development Team. His role and responsibilities are to interface with the bio and life sciences businesses in our community to share and promote CEI’s vision, capabilities and areas of expertise as a resource to help them achieve their employee training, certifications & continuing education goals and objectives.
