Pat McNeil is retired U.S. Navy Master Chief Petty Officer and an Arizona-based executive thought partner who helps organizations identify and correct lost performance through the elimination of Capacity Leakage™ — the silent drain of productivity caused by employee disengagement. Pat brings military leadership depth, organizational development expertise, and evidence-based belief that play is the most powerful pathway to performance. After his Navy career, he founded Chart House Solutions and entered a joint venture with the Center for Leadership Capacity™, partnering with executives and teams to close the gaps that quietly undermine organizational potential. Pat holds an MA in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University and is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), LEGO® Serious Play® Certified PRO Trainer, and Tilt365 Suite Practitioner.
