Rylan Codorniz is a Phoenix-based entrepreneur and AI consultant building at the intersection of artificial intelligence, real estate, and finance, while still in college. As Founder and CEO of Consistent Solutions AI, he's building a firm focused on AI consulting, auditing, and education, helping businesses navigate and implement artificial intelligence before it passes them by.

Rylan backs his vision with real, hands-on experience spanning multiple industries. He currently develops agentic AI workflows as an AI Developer/Researcher at SANTÉ Realty Investments, and evaluates startup investments as a Due Diligence Analyst and Presenter at Canyon Angels. He also serves on the Leadership Team of GCU's Real Estate Club and is actively pursuing his real estate license.

A junior at Grand Canyon University's Colangelo College of Business, Rylan studies Applied Entrepreneurship with double minors in Finance & Economics and General Business; all the while maintaining a 3.7 GPA on a Dean's Scholarship.
