With over two decades of progressive leadership experience across various industries, Scott is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional results. Scott spent a number of years growing and scaling startups in Seattle before coming back to Arizona. He has help four separate companies sell to Private Equity or go public (IPO). Most recently he was serving as the Vice President of National Service and Operations at Academy Fire Life Safety, overseeing the company's service operations supporting over 700 customers across 200,000+ locations nationwide. Leading teams across seven contact service centers worldwide. Additionally, Scott spearhead the acquisition and development of 3,000+ vendors in their network, further strengthening our service capabilities. Prior to his role at Academy Fire, Scott held key leadership positions at renowned organizations such as Peloton Interactive, Veeya, Porch, PushPay, DreamBox Learning, and Christ’s Church of the Valley where he led high impact teams to drive growth and operational efficiency with a strong background in customer success, sales operations, and executive leadership.
