He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Crux Biolabs, where he has led the company’s recent growth and expansion, strengthening its capability as a trusted bioanalytical partner for clinical trials. Prior to joining Crux Biolabs, Stefan held multiple senior roles at Mayne Pharma, where he led Australian operations spanning pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, domestic sales, marketing, and international partnerships. He also played a key role in expanding Mayne Pharma’s US presence in Raleigh, North Carolina, supporting the company’s international growth strategy. Stefan’s experience spans business development, M&A, commercial strategy, HR, and IT, with a consistent focus on building scalable operations and delivering growth in regulated environments.
